This Legal Notice regulates the use of the website www.sabagroup.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) by users who access or use it (hereinafter, the “User” or “Users”).

SABA reserves the right to modify or update this Legal Notice at any time, therefore Users must read it carefully each time they intend to access or use the Website, since it may be modified without prior notice, being applicable from the date indicated therein.

CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

The use of the Website is completely voluntary and is carried out under the responsibility of the User. g) Using the contents and services and, in particular, the information of any kind obtained through the Website for any type of advertising purpose and, especially, for sending advertising, communications for direct sales purposes or with any other kind of commercial purpose, unsolicited messages individualized or directed at a plurality of people, as well as commercializing or disclosing said information in any way.
The User will be liable for damages of any kind that SABA may suffer, directly or indirectly, as a result of breaching any of the obligations derived from this Legal Notice or the law, in relation to the use of the Website.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRRANTIES AND LIABILITY

SABA reserves the right to interrupt access to the Website at any time and without prior notice, whether for technical, security, control, maintenance, power failures or any other reason.
Consequently, SABA does not guarantee the reliability, availability, or continuity of the Website, so that the use by the User is carried out at their own expense and risk, without at any time being able to demand accountability for the discontinuity or lack of availability.
SABA will not be responsible in the event of interruptions, delays, errors, malfunctioning of the Website and, in general, other inconveniences that originate from causes beyond the control of SABA, and/or due to wilful or negligent misconduct of the Users and/or stemming from force majeure. In any case, whatever its cause, SABA will not assume any responsibility for direct or indirect damage, consequential damage and/or lost profits.
SABA excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the lack of veracity, accuracy, completeness and/or timeliness of the content transmitted, disseminated, stored, made available or received, obtained or accessed through the Website; nor for the content provided or offered by third parties or entities. SABA will try within its capabilities to update and rectify any information that does not meet the minimum guarantees of veracity. SABA excludes any responsibility for damages of any kind that may be due to the presence of viruses or of other harmful elements in the contents that may cause alteration in computer systems, as well as in the documents or systems stored in them.
SABA is not responsible for the contents, whatever they may be, that the User sends to SABA by any means, and therefore any liability arising from the contents sent by the User shall be attributable to the User.
SABA is not responsible for the use that the User makes of the Website, which may entail a violation of any type of standard, national or international, of intellectual or industrial property rights or any other right of third parties. In the same way, it is not responsible for possible security errors that could be produced by using outdated versions of operating systems and/or browsers, or for the consequences that could be derived from system malfunction, whether due to improper configuration, presence of computer viruses or any other cause beyond SABA’s control.
SABA excludes any type of guarantee, and, therefore, is free of all liability derived from the points expressed above, as well as other aspects that may not be contemplated in this document.

INCOMING LINKS

Third parties are not authorized to publish links from their own websites on the Website except with the express consent of SABA.
In the event that a third party is authorized to use the link, this use will be made respecting the limitations and purposes set forth in the authorization itself.
SABA may request, at any time and without the need to provide the reasons for said request, that any link to the Website be removed, after which the owner of the linked website must immediately proceed to remove it.

Any use of any of the elements subject to industrial or intellectual property for any type of purpose, especially commercial, as well as their distribution, public communication, modification, alteration, transformation or decompilation, is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized in writing by their owner.

PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

Any personal data the User provides or which is generated through the use of the Website will be processed in accordance with the Privacy and Cookies Policy, as will the use of cookies, where applicable.
Users must read and accept said Privacy Policy before providing their personal data to SABA.

LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

This Legal Notice will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. To resolve any conflict that may arise from the use of the Website, the User and SABA expressly agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona and waive any jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
