Sustainable mobility service hubs
With the current management of more than 252 car parks, following the integration with the Interparking group, Saba is mainly present in city centres and at key points for mobility. This has enabled it to achieve extensive coverage in the territory where it operates, thus becoming an active part of its growth and progress
Car parks are understood as service hubs, fully integrated into the city’s mobility policy, a Smart Parking solution becoming a fundamental piece in the construction of Smart Cities. New technologies guide and drive all this: number plate reading, QR identification and charging system, VIA T implementation, 100% digital products on the website and the App, among others.
In 2024, Saba has been awarded the Adif tender for the operation of the car park network at AVE and long-distance railway stations. The contract has a 15-year duration (10+5 years extension), covers the current 55 railway stations and 23,000 parking spaces in 49 cities, and will be further extended to 64 railway stations and 30,700 parking spaces in 55 cities. The operation is part of the Group's strategic objectives, considering its contribution to the car park perimeter, both in terms of size and presence, as well as the impact on results. Saba will invest more than 50 million euros in this project.
In 2025, other notable successes in Spain were the contract renewals for l’Illa Diagonal and Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, and the new management contract for the Ciudad Jardín car park.
