The new car park, which will have the commercial name of "Saba Cola di Rienzo", is located in the Prati district, a commercial and residential district that connects the city center with the Vatican. Saba will manage the 110-space facility for a period of 9 years after reaching an agreement with the property to lease and upgrade the site, which has been connected to Saba's CAC (Customer Care and Control Center) and is equipped with renewed control systems.

The opening of Cola di Rienzo at the end of 2022 joins the inauguration of the Ospedale San Martino car park in Genoa, a location boasting 420 spaces across five underground floors for which the construction was promoted by Saba. This was a highly complex project due to the high quality standards required.
